The Community Services Center of Vukovar-Srijem County is a public social welfare institution focused on providing social services to children with developmental disabilities and to adults with physical, intellectual, sensory, or mental impairments.
The Center was established as a public institution by the County Assembly of Vukovar-Srijem County and the rights and responsibilities of the founder are exercised by the County Prefect of Vukovar-Srijem County.

Half day care
The Half Day Care Program includes persons with developmental disabilities and persons with disabilities. In addition to maintaining existing skills, the program also focuses on developing new abilities.
Users attend the Center for 4 hours per day on weekdays, from 9:00 to 13:00. Currently, 17 users are enrolled in the program, while the maximum capacity is 20 persons.
The Half Day Care Program is staffed daily by a social worker and an educator.
